Charlie leads Voltaiq’s Customer Success team. He brings nearly 20 years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting, and Project Management. Prior to Voltaiq, Charlie was an early employee at Opower, where he helped build and lead the Customer Success teams in the US and in Europe, seeing them through IPO and acquisition by Oracle. Charlie holds a Masters in Energy Policy and Climate from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelors in Decision Information Sciences from the University of Florida.
